[Chell]Browser Crash after clicking on Settings_menu>Network/wifi i-icon and moving mouse away

Project Member Reported by ka...@chromium.org, Jul 11 2017

Issue description

9460.60.1 / 59.0.3071.91

Original report by benolson@google.com at https://listnr.corp.google.com/report/68111361865

Chrome OS seems to crash when I try to view my IP address using the following method:

-Click on the Network and Settings window on your tray (where it shows the time, battery, avatar, etc.).
-Click on the WiFi section to see network details.
-There will be an ā€œiā€ button in the bottom-right corner, click on it and your MAC and IP addresses will be displayed.

I can briefly see the IP address, then the screen goes black. A few seconds later I see the browser again and I see the popup asking if I'd like to restore my tabs.

Thanks Ruchi for narrowing down:
Sequence of events:
- Suspend/resume DUT
- Go to the wifi menu
- Click on the 'i' icon
- Move the mouse cursor away from the status tray.

As soon as the mouse cursor leaves the tray, it crashes.

Consistent 100%
