Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3152.0 iOS Version: 11.0 beta 3 , 10.2.1 Device: iPad Mini Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Chrome. 2.Open an incognito tab. 2.Now switch from incognito tab to normal tab and open a new tab from tab switcher mode. Observed results: Long line is seen under omnibox. Expected results: Long line should not be under omnibox. I am able to repro this on iPhone too, 1. Fresh Install and launch chrome, open a ntp 2. Tap on tab switcher. 3. Exit Tap on tab switcher.
