moticons - stop/reload

We'd like to animate the toolbar icon between stop and reload. Assigning to Hélène for specs. I can handle eng work for Views and I'll file a follow-up bug for the Cocoa version (which I intend to make easy to port).

What kind of specs would you prefer? manual descriptions with the go/direct tool or an AVD file output from go/mantis?

An AVD is still the instrument of choice, however there is also the stipulation that it needs to maintain pixel perfection as discussed previously.

I don't think that achieves pixel perfection. Simply scaling down is not sufficient.

Here's what the current stop icon looks like at 1x (zoomed in somewhat). Does the AVD above achieve that? I'm not sure how best to preview that avd but in android studio it doesn't look as precise.
