Issue descriptionChrome Version: <From about:version: Google Chrome 59.0.3071.91> Chrome OS Version: <From about:version: Platform 9460.60.0.0> Chrome OS Platform: <Minnie> <b>Network info: <network, encryption type, router model (if known)></b> Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1) Install Android Playstore (2) Install "The SIMS 3" (3) Run "The SIMS 3" => Application exits with error code, unusable. Expected Result: Application should start properly. Actual Result: Application crashes due to an error in OpenGL ES rendering. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always. What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? No work-around, the purchased application is not usable. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible.
