Issue descriptionAvatarMenu needs unit test coverage. Specifically, crbug.com/740500 and related fix https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/565343/ would have been better if there was test infrastructure in place, so that a new test could be added for that exact case. See comments on that CL.
