acts as a pop up with several tabs but I cannot close it or cancel out all the tabs

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.click on Microsoft browser 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? it just pops up and then sits there - I cannot close it unless I shut down computer but then it starts up again What went wrong?
