[Signin] Clarify what should happen when signing out of main account in Dice |

Issue descriptionCurrently when the user has token for multiple accounts and Gaia does a signout of the main account, we delete tokens for all the accounts, including the secondary accounts. Gaia probably does not currently support logging out from the main account only, so the existing behavior should be fine in the short term. However it may be more correct to only delete the tokens from accounts that are present in the signout header.
