Change ContentSuggestions sections title style

The title for the sections in ContentSuggestions should be more visible and different of the rest of the suggestions.
Try to change the font points, color...

Change the color of ContentSuggestions titles

The section titles are not visible enough in ContentSuggestions.
Changing the color to match the one used for other titles should help.

The color is changed. We need to check once  crbug.com/740565  is fixed if it alleviate the cluttering.
