Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 OPR/46.0.2597.39 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the link with mobile device emulator http://output.jsbin.com/nepoyeluwu 2. Place it as background tab 3. Go browser website or debug other code 4. Go back and the char "abc" may become huge It's random, but always 10+ per hours BTW: Seems can't reproduce on Windows What is the expected behavior? Font size always keep small, just like when the mobile device emulator opened What went wrong? viewport random stop work, font size become huge Did this work before? Could you try to shift+drag over that emulated page? Perhaps it was scaled similarly to how one would scale the page in mobile browser with two touches.

No other action, just open that page with mobile device emulator, and keep it run in background, switch back after 2 hours work, problem reproduced. No, I don't use touch pad, and this tab always in background, tried shift+drag scale to minimum, but still large, like screenshot "huge.png". I can reproduce it on latest macOS Sierra(MacBook Pro, Mid 2012) with any chromium based browser, but can't reproduce in other OS like Windows or Linux

It's fresh install, without plugin or extension, reproduced on stable channel and canary channel
