Poor filtering for color-profile-background-image-space.html with Ganesh

This layout test started producing low-quality results: https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-layout-test-archives/linux_trusty_blink_rel/11983/layout-test-results/virtual/gpu-rasterization/images/color-profile-background-image-space-diffs.html

It appears related to some recent color conversion changes, but

1) The results look good when the test is opened a browser

2) A captured SKP (attached) looks good when rendered in Skia

I can sort of repro the issue while resizing the window size: the filter quality limiter kicks in and one can see transient frames with poor filtering.

Not sure what might be going on, and how the color conversion changes are playing a part here, but at this point I'm inclined to triage this as a paint or layout test issue (not Skia).

Looking at recent build bot results, the layout test seem to be passing. Is this still an issue?

I'm gonna close the bug, if the problem is still there, feel free to re open or file new bug.
