word-break incorrectly supports break-word

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open http://jsbin.com/juhizukoha/edit?html,css,output What is the expected behavior? The text is broken at the character as specified by break-all What went wrong? Chrome seems to have aliased break-word to keep-all which is defined to break on word bounderies. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This does not repro in FF/Edge.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 with chrome #59.0.3071.115 Observations: 1. In the chrome browser, didn't see any broken text in the output 2. In the FF & IE, observed the broken text in 3rd and 4th line of output. Attaching the screen-cast of this issue for reference. gwhitms@ Could you confirm FF browser o/p is good behavior and Chrome browser o/p is bad behavior of this issue. Thank You...

Hey @kkaluri@chromium.org - sorry about this - this is a dupe of 145378. The spec hasn't been updated to include this property as of yet so I filed this bug. Please resolve it as dupe to 145378. Thanks.
