CrOS Views dialogs: Solid Cursor line seen in text boxes

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) In chrome://settings under WiFi, click "Join other" ---> "Advanced"
(2) All the text boxes show the cursor. (Check screenshot)

I see this also on ToT on samus, but not on my build from ~1.5 weeks ago. It's not Setttngs specific, it appears whenever we show the dialog. I suspect it's a Views bug.

It may exist for other Views dialogs, but we have few of those left and I can't think of how to easily trigger another. xdai@ - can you think of other examples?

That's gotta be a Views bug.

The bookmark dialog (click on the star in the omnibox) is still Views.

Yeah, if I click on the star, then click on 'edit', in the 'Edit bookmark'
there is a | at the end of the URL field.
