"Show password" in settings doesn't work since Chrome 59

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to Settings > Manage Passwords 2. Click a saved password > Details 3. Click on the show password "eye" icon 4. Fill in Windows password 5. See result What is the expected behavior? It is expected that it will show the password. What went wrong? Some passwords on some sites will not show (it will only show some of them). Did this work before? Yes Chrome 58 Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: This problem happens on different computers (with different 64-bit Windows versions). Haven't tried with 32-bit Windows, Linux or Mac. This problem happens with different Chrome "People" that don't share the same Extensions. None of the "People" have any Group Policies set (none of the People are managed by an external admin, they are all personal accounts on personal computers, not work related). As far as I know, this problem was not present on Chrome 58 (with the pre-"Material Design UI" Settings interface).

For me, the passwords that are not revealed are only the Basic Auth ones

Thank you very much for providing the detailed bug description and screen casts. I was able to reproduce this issue with Chrome Version 59.0.3071.115. However, I believe it was fixed in https://crrev.com/2844963003 and I fail to reproduce it in the latest Beta, i.e. Chrome Version 60.0.3112.66. daniel.gomez.irwin@gmail.com and victor.rodriguez.gil@gmail.com, could you please check whether you encounter this problem also in the latest Beta (https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/beta.html)? Hello, I have tried to reproduce it with the lates stable version 60.0.3112.78 and... it seems to have been fixed (at least in x64 Windows 8.1 and 10). Sorry for the late reply and thank you for everything!
