DevTools: Incorrect link address with pretty printed source file

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer tools: ⋮ > More tools > Developer tools (Ctrl + Shift + I).
2. Pretty print a source file: Sources > Click a source file > Click "Pretty print".
3. Right click on the source file tab > Open in new tab or Copy link address.
4. Link contains ":formatted" text appended.

What is the expected behavior?
Link should not contain ":formatted" text appended.

What went wrong?
Link contains ":formatted" text appended.

This works as intended: the formatted source is technically a different source, not a "view" on the same source.

This might change some time soon as we introduce a formatting-by-default.
