Open any website which has elements with border radius and box shadow.

    border-radius: 50%;
    box-shadow: 0 1px 1px 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.12);

What is the expected behavior?
Display of an offset box shadow.

What went wrong?
The box shadow is drawn as a square box.

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes This worked two days ago. But I don't know which version this was.
