It's still happening on our machines, Actually, we work on very secured network. I think that due to this ,some recent update in chrome is not working in our network. Is there any way that I can share any required screen shot to you, so you can figured it out whats the problem.

Not UI>Extensions>Omnibox. If there is a Chrome bug here (which I doubt), it would be in Blink.
Issue still exist.

PFA, Environment details and Console screen shot. I guess some js is not responding properly. Please look into that.

Summary: Translucent box shadow drawn all black (was: Search results getting auto selected and a border is appearing on the same. )
Since disabling hardware acceleration fixes the problem, this is a GPU issue. Please go to about:gpu and paste the contents here.

These boxes are supposed to have mostly-transparent box shadows.

The problem started only after you upgraded from Chrome 58 to Chrome 59, right?
Correct, when I upgraded it to version 59. It got started.

Hmmm.. that's likely a capture after hardware acceleration has been disabled. Could you re-enabled hardware acceleration, and cut-and-paste again? Thanks, and sorry for the confusion.

I think we need to blacklist GPU Raster on Intel HD Graphics 2500. This GPU seems to support shader version 5.0.
Weird - the HD 2500 is a 7th gen chip (newer than 6th gen HD3000 :/), but sounds like it may be some ultra-low-end 7th gen SKU. Agreed, let's just blacklist - I'll put the CL together.

Just realized, this is a duplicate of crbug.com/730126 . This issue should be fixed in M60. devrajsingh06@, can you try updating Chrome (M60 should now be available) and see if this issue still reproduces?
Thanks team, Issue Fixed in version Google Chrome 60.0.3112.90 (Official Build) (32-bit). Please look into the attachments.
