Chrome Version: 61.0.3149.0
OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.5 (16F73)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have Chrome open on one space, and another space on the right of it (not sure if a space on the left works, but it didn't the one time I tried).
(2) Download a bunch of things and have the downloads bar pop up showing them all.
(3) With the downloaded items still in your downloads bar, make the window small enough that some of the items disappear. (Not sure if this matters, but maybe you have to resize into the bottom-right of the space, or maybe just towards the right of the screen.)
(4) Change to the next space.
(5) Change back to the space with Chrome on it.
(6) Resize the window to make it big again and show all the download items.
What is the expected result?
The downloads bar looks as it used to look before the first resize in step #3.
What happens instead?
Downloads bar doesn't seem to be drawn properly, cut off at the point where it was hidden while the window was small. Sometimes it appears black, sometimes the grey gradients aren't drawn and the text looks bolder.
