webm contrast / brightness are off

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open url
2. compare each video colors
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
All vp8, vp9 and h264 videos should have similar contrasts to source.

What went wrong?
vp8 and vp9 videos contrast / brightness are clearly off while h264 tones are way better. Firefox behaves as expected, seems to be a chrome related issue.

I am able to see the behavior and difference in Chrome and Firefox rendering of the jsfiddle https://jsfiddle.net/qohpg4fp/2/ as tested on chrome canary version(61.0.3154.0), Firefox and older chrome version(45.0.2454.101) on MacBook Air OS 10.12.5.

Not seeing any difference in rendering on older and newer chrome versions(screenshot attached). Assuming this to be Non-regression issue on Chrome.

Marking this as Untriaged and keeping the bisect label for review of the attached screenshot.

Removing the needs-bisect label for now as not seeing much difference b/w the latest as well old chrome versions and this seems to be Non-regressed behavior.
Lots of progress on color accuracy in chrome.
Is this still an issue?

It is indeed way better than when I reported the issue. Issue might be closed.
