headless version not loading js/css properly

Reported by daudmali...@gmail.com, Jul 9 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version ( 59.0.3071.115):
Is this the most recent version:yes
OS + version:Linux homestead 4.4.0-66-generic #87-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 3 15:29:05 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit):

Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): not loading js/css

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) make an html file with as attached
(2) to grab pdf run google-chrome headless with following options
" google-chrome --headless --disable-gpu --print-to-pdf file:////home/vagrant/Code/chrome-pdf/examples/index.html"
index.html file with absolute path
it produces output.pdf as attached

(3)to take screenshot run as :
" google-chrome --headless --disable-gpu --screenshot file:////home/vagrant/Code/chrome-pdf/examples/index.html"

it will produce screenshot.png as attached

What is the expected result?both pdf and screenshot should be same

What happens instead?
but they are totally different , in case of pdf it's not loading the libraries properly

This seems to be WAI: Note that headless print-to-PDF uses the same PDF print functionality as Chrome, so the output is expected to be different from the screenshot.
