Sorry I cannot explain it better than what I already explain it. It started
like 2 days ago and is like I have all these 'white thick' lines running
all over the screen up and down, regardless if I am using my desktop
keyboard or my mouse, all the screen letters and pictures 'shake' when
those 'white thick lines' are running, it seems like I do have a little
more control over my desktop keyboard than with my mouse, but I really
cannot use my e mail or any other page, or search or etc, etc, etc.

Could you take a screenshot or picture of what you are seeing and attach it to this bug?
Sounds like this could be a broken display.

Sounds like a failing graphics card. Does this happen without Chrome running?

Sounds like the bug doesn't reproduce, so closing for now. Glad it's working for you.
I am sure I do not know nothing about computer bugs reproduction (it sounds
like a very nasty place which it needs to be clean), what I am sure about
is in having a backup for me and I used it. Thank you.
