Long window.location causes tab crash

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open attached file
2. It contains simple instruction which causes tab to crash

What is the expected behavior?
Tab shouldn't crash

What went wrong?
Tab has crashed. There is an attempt to replace window.location with a new very long string, but this doesn't diplay OOM issue.

Starting with Chrome 60.0.3079.0 (r466504) this trick no longer works,
so you won't be able to crash the browser,
see  issue 594215  and https://goo.gl/BaZAea

This is the error displayed in 60.0.3079.0 and newer:
>Not allowed to navigate top frame to data URL: data:text/html,...........
