Memory Leak

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Visit this page and observe memory usage http://feed-the-beast.wikia.com/wiki/Coke_Oven

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Memory usage increasing over time, page never stops loading

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Able to reproduce the issue using #59.0.3071.115 on Win 10, Mac 10.12.5 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Observed the page never stops loading.

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M45. Hence untriaging the issue to get it addressed.

Note: Page is seen loading once the lid is closed and opened.

Observing the same behavior in M61 as well.
