An orange outlining of everything i click on or over over with my mouse.

Reproduction Steps: 
1.It has a black tab at the top of my screen, however, im unable to remove it.
2.There is an orange outlining whenever i click on a search box or even a tab.
3.the outlining moves whenever i move my mouse, clicker.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
This is normal behavior with ChromeVox.  If you do not wish to use ChromeVox, you can turn it off by pressing Ctrl+Alt+z, or you can disable/remove it in More Tools -> Extensions.  If you wish to change ChromeVox behavior, please contact the developers of ChromeVox at http://www.chromevox.com.
