Webkit Linux Trusty MSAN stacktraces do not have symbols

There have been some flaky failures on the bot for a while, but the associated stacktraces don't have any symbols so it's hard to do anything about them.

dpranke: "we're actually running the swarmed version of the layout tests and that's not going to have the MSAN_OPTIONS env var set"

Yes, I think this is probably a config issue that no one has gotten around to fixing.

This bot at a minimum appears to be using symbol_level=1 these days.
