Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Start OOBE flow
(2) Enter username at sign-in screen
(3) Hit Enter

Expected Result:
"Enter your password" field is in focus so the user can directly type their password

Actual Result:
Field does not have the focus

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Workaround is to click with the mouse to select the password field.
