How to fix chrome blocking ftp subresources

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Looks like there may be some way to force it enabled in M59, but according to comments, that's intended to be removed in M60.
