Passwords & Bookmark Sync Stopped suddenly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. tried to reset my passphrase but no luck
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
it is expected to reset my passphrase 

What went wrong?
passphrase doesn't reset

Did this work before? Yes Version 58

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

brajkumar Thank you for quick reply 

I tried all possible solutions including this more than 30 times 

I am sure there is a problem with the sync server 

the problem appeared after I signed in from chrome for iphone , for the past 8 years i was using sync with no problem , and I never set a passphrase
