[Forum Canary] Chrome no longer reacts to Surface pen as well as the last update

OS: Win 10, Surface Pro 3

Ever since I updated my chrome on my Surface Pro 3, it has not allowed me to use my Surface pen like I used to.  Now it won't let me highlight with it and will sometimes ignore the clicks I make with it.  Worst case scenario the whole web browser freezes and I can't use chrome at all.  Please look into this bug.

Can confirm, I'm having the same issues on Surface Pro 4. Chrome does not seem to like pen/stylus input at all. Chrome does not fire touch keyboard as well, when clicking input boxes with a stylus.
