Login pod is in a weird position in R61-9714.0.0 Cyan image

The login pod is no longer in the center of the screen in a R61-9714.0.0 Cyan image.  See attached image.  I'll bisect, but please do let me know if this was fixed earlier.

Actually, we have the graphics guard for this.  pwang@ can you investigate?

I flashed the R61-9714.0.0 Cyan Image and could not reproduce the issue.
The login pod seems resides in the right position as it should be.

Very weird, I just re-imaged and got the same issue.  Must have messed up my user settings somehow -- will create new test account.
