hasOwnProperty with localStorage works wrong

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.50 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. localStorage.setItem('test' + 123, "ok");
2. localStorage.hasOwnProperty('test' + 123);
What is the expected behavior?
Version 59.0.3071.115
localStorage.hasOwnProperty('test' + 123);
return true;
What went wrong?
Version 60.0.3112.50 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
localStorage.hasOwnProperty('test' + 123);
return false;
Did this work before? Yes 59.0.3071.115
