about:media-internals log should refresh when property filter text changes

Project Member Reported by fbeaufort@chromium.org, Jul 6 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 61.0.3147.0
OS Version: 9715.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to about:media-internals
2. Select a video player
3. Type "pipeline_state"

What is the expected result?
Log should be filtered with all present and ongoing log events containing "pipeline_state"

What happens instead of that?
Log becomes empty first and only new "pipeline_state" log events show up.

Verified this issue on Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome latest dev #61.0.3163.13 by following steps mentioned in the original comment, observed the log able to filter the events containing "pipeline_state" as expected. Hence adding TE-Verified label.
