Could you please capture a NetLog dump and attach it here according to the instructions at https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details ? Thank you.

cc'ing david for further triage of the bug.
Thanks for the report! This means some buggy networking software or device is interfering with an upcoming performance and security improvement to Chrome.

To help diagnose this, in addition to the NetLog (instructions below), could you answer some questions about your network?
https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details

What kind of network is this (home? work?). Do you have any antivirus, firewall, proxy, or other networking middleware products configured? If so, do you know which they are?

Thanks!

It is work. Let me ask our Head of IT for the details.

Sorry, I missed this. The file didn't seem to get attached. Do you still have it lying around? You'll need to go to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=739697 and attach it at the bottom of the page. Thanks!

We're running some alternative experiments in M61 to better understand these bugs. If you still experience problems in M61, please re-file a bug (with any details about the middlebox/firewall/network appliances you can find and a net internals log of the problem).
