Regression: Blank pages are observed in print preview

Issue descriptionChrome Version:61.0.3150.0 (Official Build) e32c608bfaee28eb9bd478073a2f222fb6c28133-refs/heads/master@{#484424} (32/64-bit). OS :Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux (14.04 LTS). Steps to reproduce: 1)Launch chrome ,open chrome://terms and give print command. 2)In 'Pages' text field enter '2' and press 'Backspace' key 3)Scroll down print preview page and Observe. Actual Result: Blank pages are seen in print preview after scrolling. Expected Result: All contents should be seen in print preview after scrolling. This is regression issue broken in M-60 and will soon update the bisect info. Manual bisect Info: Good Build: 60.0.3091.0 Bad Build: 60.0.3090.0 Note: Issue is seen for all websites having multiple pages.
