Regression: Flash bubble message is displayed in two lines |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3150.0 OS:Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome>> Navigate to http://www.webfungames.com/game/death-racing.html (2)Click on the Adobe Flash player icon and observe the message appearing on the bubble Expected The message "http://www.webfungames.com wants to" should be displayed in one line rather than two Actual The message http://www.webfungames.com wants “to” should be displayed in one line This is a regression issue broken in M-59 ================ Manual Bisect info Good build: 61.0.3143.0 Bad Build: 61.0.3144.0 Note: Issue does not exist on windows7

Unable to perform per revision bisect, After navigating to the webpage the error displays saying "Restart chrome to enable Flash Player" instead of "Click to enable Adobe Flash Player". After restarting the browser plugin content will be played and there is no bubble is displayed in the omnibox to check the title.
