allignement issue on "Please enter to search" text

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In the Google search tab type something and press enter.
2. Again add some text to the extension of the previous search text 
3. Now validate the text " Please enter to search"
4. That is misaligned

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.115 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no alignment issues after entering the text second time.

Reporter@ Are you able to reproduce this issue on incognito mode as well? Could you please recheck this issue by creating a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.
