Pre-condition: Profile name should be long (“Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2Person 2”)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/
2.Try to select the text from ‘People’ label/title till complete profile name and right click on it such that context menu should open.
3.Observe ‘Copy’ option.

Actual:‘Copy’ option is disable in context menu after we select the text from ‘People’ label/title
Expected:‘Copy’ option should be enable in context menu after we select the text from ‘People’ label/title

This is non-regression issue, seen from ‘M 61’ (61.0.3134.0) newly added feature.

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows OS.
