Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 61.0.3129.0 (Revision: 478840).
Bad build : 61.0.3130.0 (Revision: 479232).

You are probably looking for a change made after 479166 (known good), but no later than 479167 (first known bad).

@dbeam: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner.
Adding RB Label as this is a recent Regression. Please undo if not the case.
Thank You.

Removing RB label as printing internal chrome:// pages is not a priority.

I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned.

So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.
Components: Platform>Extensions Blink>Layout
Status: Untriaged (was: Assigned)
Adding Blink label since this page gets cut off at the bottom in print browser mode, and the developer mode checkbox moves around as you scroll, so it seems like this may be a layout related bug rather than a bug with the Print Preview UI. Also adding extensions, since it looks like a change to the extensions page caused the regression.

Given that we know exactly which change caused the regression (r479167) assigning over to the extension team to revert or fix.

cc'ing Devlin and thestig@ who reviewed the CL which caused the regression, for further triage.
thestig@, this seems like a printing issue (albeit a low priority one). Is it?
