Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page in chrome.
2. Share a link to hangouts
3. An image appears in addition the link

What is the expected behavior?
- Either don't send the screenshot or at least provide an option (in settings, when sending or worst case about:config)

What went wrong?
- Not clear how to just send the link
- The image takes up extra bandwidth when I'm trying to just send a link. Sometimes, this isn't cheap.
- I am trying to send a link to someone, but hangouts first asks me to send the image. After the image is sent it asks if I want to send the link.
- I very rarely want to send a screenshot for a page. I very frequently want to send the link.
