What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on the ⋮ kebab memu.

What is the expected result?
The shortcut for Settings (⌘,) is shown.

What happens instead?
The shortcut is not shown. I believe this is because "Settings" does not match the menu item with a shortcut in the Chrome menu, which is "Preferences…".
(Using `System Preferences.app` to set an App Shortcut for "Settings" in Chrome causes the shortcut to be reflected in the kebab menu.)

Is it possible to alias "Settings" and "Preferences…" as menu items, or use the same string for both place?
