Upgraded to the latest version today. Opens and crashes immediately. Many purges and re-installs to no avail.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux i686; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upgrade from 58 to 59
2. Run
3. Crash

What is the expected behavior?
I expect it to work not to loose my favorite browser.

What went wrong?
Everything.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 58

Chrome version: 59.0.30171.109  Channel: stable
OS Version: Linux Mint 17.3 XFCE
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Is this still happening? Or can this issue be closed? If not can you provide crash ids from chrome://crashes ?

This problem was fixed by later updates. This issue can be closed.
