Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #59.0.3071.115. Didn't observe any resolution problem after upgrading chrome from 59.0.3071.109 to 59.0.3071.115. Could you please recheck this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the chrome browser. If issue still persists please let us know what's default percentage of your screen resolution. Thanks!
