[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Refactor ProcessFlakeSwarmingTaskResultPipeline

Now that Findit supports triggering flake swarming tasks outside the context of flake analyses, decouple the updating of master flake analyses from ProcessFlakeSwarmingTaskResultPipeline. ProcessFlakeSwarmingResultPipeline should only be responsible for getting the results of a swarming rerun and updating the corresponding FlakeSwarmingTask's data.
