The start-host tool is a command-line tool for setting up a headless machine. It contains hard-coded English prompts like "Enter a PIN..." and so on:

To make this tool more accessible, these prompts should be translatable strings, and the tool should respect the locale settings of the machine it is run on (for example, on Linux, it should show prompts in the language specified by the LC_... environment variables).
