Shared screen area highlighting

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.40 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Start screen sharing using any WebRTC app in Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
While user is sharing full screen or single window it is reasonable to highlight shared area for clarity. Please see sample screenshots from other program.

What went wrong?
User can be confused about what he/she is sharing now and there is no ability to let him to know.

I would say that drawing on the screen for non-Chrome apps in in feasible and probably not desired by most.
