Going to http://chrome/ redirects to http://settings/help

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Paste (or type) "http://chrome/" into the address bar.
2. Press enter.

What is the expected behavior?
This site can’t be reached

chrome’s server DNS address could not be found.

What went wrong?
This site can’t be reached

settings’s server DNS address could not be found.

(The address bar shows "http://settings/help".)

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

This does not happen when clicking a link or being redirected to http://chrome/.

Hahaha, nice catch! Looks like this is  issue #735149  and will be fixed in the next release of Chrome 60.
