Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3148.0 Canary iOS Version: 11.0.0, 10.3.2, 9.3.5 Device: iPhone and iPad URL: chrome://crash Pre-condition: Set the device language to Arabic Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://crash 2. Tap on reload button Observed results: ‘Suggestions’ link in initial crash page and ‘learn more’ link in repeated crash page are not underlined. Note: In other languages like English or French these words are underlined. This appears to be working for me TOT (64). Is it possible this was a text localization issue that got resolved when we got the full localized strings through (I notice not all strings are localized in the bug video). Are you able to verify? Thanks!
