Videos are not playing on facebook.com on chrome app.

Issue description

App Version: 60.0.3112.55 beta
iOS Version: 11 beta 2
Device: iPad Air only
URL: m.facebook.com

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome beta 
  2.  Open m.facebook.com and login with valid credentials into an account which has videos
  3.  Tap on any of the facebook videos.

Observed results:
Video is playing with a black screen without picture. 

Expected results:
Videos should play with picture.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: No, Safari: No
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M59
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes

eugenebut@ It seems this isn't simply an iOS11 issue since it works in M59.  Any ideas what changed?

Marking as a M61 blocking even though it's reproducible on M60, since M61 will likely be stable when iOS11 is released.
