Non-Regression: WebUSB permission bubble doesn't stay on navigating back to that page

Chrome Version: 61.0.3148.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, go to https://permission.site/ >> Click on MIDI or something else so that permission bubble appears 
(3) Navigate to other tab and come back to this tab and observe

Expected:Navigating back to this tab permisssion bubble should remain.
Actual: Instead USB bubble vanishes on navigating back despite of re appearing on coming back as other bubbles.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from introduction of this Web USB.

USB permission bubble disappears on navigating forth and back b/w tabs on Mac OS 10.12.5 on the canary version: 61.0.3149.0 as well.

Thank you for the report. In this case the USB / Bluetooth chooser was designed to dismiss and not reappear when users clicked anywhere off chooser, or to other tabs. Perhaps it can be redesigned; consistency with other permissions is relevant. However, as currently designed, this is working as intended.
