Regression: Unnecessary grey highlight get stucked on Waterfall dropdown in ‘Network’ section of Devtools.

Chrome Version:61.0.3149.0 (Official Build)4485eb651f6f09c3183285927fe82d17fcd7a13e-refs/heads/master@{#484159}
OS:Mac (10.12.3,10.11.6),Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,Open Ntp and then open Devtools
2. Navigate to ‘Network’ section and then press ‘Esc’ key to open ‘Console’ tab
3. Refresh/Reload the Ntp and observe highlight on ‘Waterfall’ dropdown  in ‘Network’ section.

Actual: Unnecessary grey highlight is get stucked on Waterfall dropdown in ‘Network’ section
Expected: Highlight should not stuck after step 3.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and below is manual bisect:
Good build:61.0.3143.0
Bad build:61.0.3144.0

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows OS

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:61.0.3143.0(Revision:482834).
Bad build:61.0.3144.0(Revision:483234).

You are probably looking for a change made after 482903 (known good), but no later than 482904 (first known bad).

Note :Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Not in Mac 10.12.3 and Able to reproduce in latest Canary #61.0.3149.0
