Regression:Unable to drag drop any file in chrome://bookmarks after dragging it from desktop.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 61.0.3149.0 (Official Build)4485eb651f6f09c3183285927fe82d17fcd7a13e-refs/heads/master@{#484159}-32/64 bit OS:Mac (10.12.3,10.11.6) Precondition: Make sure 2-3 file is present on desktop What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://bookmarks (2)Drag any file from desktop to bookmarks page and observe. Actual: Unable to drag drop any file in chrome://bookmarks after dragging from desktop(i.e file doesn't get bookmark) Expected: Should be able to drag drop file in chrome://bookmarks after dragging from desktop. This is a regression issue broken in 'M51' and below is the manual regression range Good Build: 51.0.2697.0 Bad Build: 51.0.2699.0 Note: Issue not seen on Win & Linux OS.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.5 using chrome latest Canary#61.0.3149.0. Manual bisect info: ------------------ Good Build: 51.0.2697.0 -Revision-384752 Bad Build: 51.0.2699.0 -Revision-384828 Unable to run new bisect script for the above range. Hence providing bisect with old script: Bisect tool info: ---------------- You are probably looking for a change made after 384821 (known good), but no later than 384824 (first known bad).
